Afternoon delight/Tea time
Everyone needs a little afternoon delight! Mine is hot green tea, with stevia and 1/4 tsp of cinnamon. Yum – Yum! This is a great addition to your day for many reasons. We all know the benefits of green tea, but cinnamon helps to stabilize blood sugar and helps decrease appetite!! Yeah! I use decaffeinated tea so I can drink it any time of day and it will not effect my sleep patterns!
