Morning Tea Time with splash of vitamin C.
After a busy holiday weekend. I have to get back into my healthy eating cycle. Cool morning in south fl., just got the kids off to school and got in a quick workout! NOW a few minutes to relax on the patio with a cup of tea! Thought I would share. Do not know where I first tasted this but it is wonderful and worth sharing as a reminder to take care of your selves. Don’t they always say on a plane put the oxygen on your self first then your kids. Well consider this your AM oxygen!
First brew a cup of green tea, add fresh mint and a splash of orange juice! WONDERFUL! And you even getting a shot of vitamin C. And iif you want add a little stevia for sweetness.
