I don’t know if you all got that – but that was my tribute to Davie Jones of the Monkeys! He was my first crush! On that note “RIP Davie Jones”
Now on to the weekend cheat. It has been a busy week. I have been very committed this week. I have at spent about 1 1/2 hours per day, running , doing weights and Pilates. I have saved my calories for wine of course and an occasional weekend treat! I try to pick something yummy without breaking the scale.
So this is my recommendation for your COOKIE CHEAT of the weekend!
