“Top of the morning to Ya”
Getting ready for St. Patties Day – Put a little green in your diet! This is a little breakfast with all the good fats and proteins to start your day off right! Haven’t we all heard the importance of breakfast and how important it is to jump-start your metabolism for the day. Well why not, here is yummy version of the traditional breakfast sandwich!
- 100 calorie multi grain bread or bagel
- coconut oil
- 1 egg
- 1/4 of small avocado
- 2 slices of tomato
After cooking the egg in a non-stick pan with only a little pepper. Put on toasted bread with a little smear of coconut oil and layer with avocado and tomato! And enjoy!
